# Before the doors open: the booth checklist

1. Count actual prize stock. Name each item, review odds, enter costs if useful, and agree on the collection point.
2. Ask only useful entry questions. Keep marketing consent optional and unchecked. Define a qualified conversation.
3. Assign staff to the event. Decide who collects codes and who owns follow-up. Keep private codes private.
4. Rehearse on the real tablet, staff phone, and display. Practice the last item, an already-used code, and lost connectivity. Live awards require internet.
5. Print a readable QR with a clear invitation. Use named source links when comparing booth, partner, and social traffic.
6. Add a short note while the conversation is fresh. Reconcile collections, qualify contacts, and assign follow-up owners. Review exact email previews and send only to eligible opted-in recipients.

For the debrief, record completed spins, distinct contacts, explicit opt-ins, collections, current qualification, entered costs, and source attribution. Keep unknowns visible. A qualified contact is not verified revenue, and a delivered email does not prove it was read.
