EVENT WHEEL / TERMS

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 31, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Event Wheel, including the site, app, API, and MCP access. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Event Wheel provides digital prize wheels, lead capture, verifiable draws, prize redemption, and contact and follow-up tools for trade-show exhibitors and other organizers. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

1. Your account and access

You can sign in with an email address and password, a magic link, or Google or Microsoft where offered. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens secure and for the actions you authorize through your account. Use the service only for workspaces and information you are allowed to access.

These responsibilities also apply when you connect software or agents through the API or MCP. Keep their access within your authority, and do not use another person’s credentials or tokens without permission. Contact support@event-wheel.com if you need help with account access.

2. Organizers, leads, and prizes

If you organize a wheel, you decide what visitor details to collect and how to use them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis or obtaining any required consent for collection, contact management, and follow-up. Event Wheel processes organizer lead data on the organizer’s behalf. Provide visitors with clear information about your collection and use of their details.

You are responsible for your promotion’s rules, eligibility, prizes, and prize fulfillment. Explain entry and redemption conditions to participants and honor the prizes you offer. Event Wheel’s redemption tools help you manage the process; they do not transfer responsibility for supplying or delivering a prize to Event Wheel. Participants should contact the organizer about prize or promotion questions.

3. Acceptable use and promotion laws

Do not use Event Wheel for unlawful sweepstakes, unlawful gambling, or other unlawful activity. Organizers must follow the local promotion and sweepstakes laws that apply to their events and participants. A digital wheel or verifiable draw does not establish that a promotion is lawful. You are responsible for deciding whether your planned promotion can be run under the rules that apply to it.

Do not use the service to deceive participants, collect information without authority, gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or disrupt the service. These requirements apply to actions taken manually and through connected software, API tokens, or MCP tools.

4. Draw verification and configured odds

Each spin uses a server commitment and browser seed with HMAC-SHA256, and receipts are publicly verifiable. Organizers set the configured odds, which may be unequal. Verification allows a receipt to be checked against the draw mechanism; it does not promise equal chances for every prize or guarantee that a participant will win a particular prize.

Organizers remain responsible for how they describe their odds and prizes to visitors. Public result pages never show contact details or redemption codes. Public verification does not replace the organizer’s entry rules or prize fulfillment responsibilities.

5. Pro subscriptions and payment

Event Wheel Pro costs $15 per month or $120 per year and is billed by PayPal as a recurring subscription. Your selected billing period determines the recurring charge. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment for that period until you cancel future renewals.

Event Wheel never sees or stores your payment card numbers. We store your PayPal subscription ID, status, and paid-through date to manage your subscription. Send payment or subscription questions to billing@event-wheel.com.

6. Cancellation, expiry, and refunds

You may cancel future subscription renewals. Cancellation keeps your access available until the end of the period already paid for. We do not promise prorated refunds for unused time. Refund requests are handled case by case; email billing@event-wheel.com to explain your request.

Expired or suspended accounts cannot run new spins. Existing data stays available to members. Expiry or suspension is separate from deletion: if you want your account and workspace data deleted, you can request this through support@event-wheel.com.

7. Availability and service limits

Live spins require an internet connection. Browser caching of the app shell does not make live draws available offline. Plan for connectivity at your event, and check your setup before inviting visitors to participate.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every event or purpose.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access for abuse of the service, violations of these terms, or non-payment. Suspension prevents new spins; existing data stays available to members as described above. If you have questions about a suspension, contact support for service issues or billing for payment issues.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Event Wheel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, missed business opportunities, or losses caused by an interrupted event. Event Wheel is not responsible for an organizer’s promotion rules, use of visitor details, or failure to fulfill prizes. Organizers remain responsible for those activities.

These limits apply only where the law permits them. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will give notice by email or on the site.
